Recruitment FAQ

With us, trust meets care – even before you apply. When you choose to share your information with us, we handle it with confidentiality, respect, and responsibility.
We only receive and store applications through our recruitment system, Teamtailor, which ensures a secure and professional handling of your data. Applications sent by email are not stored. Your information is accessible only to those directly involved in the recruitment process and is automatically deleted within six months, unless you give your consent for us to retain it for a longer period.
You remain in control of your data at all times and can request deletion whenever you wish.

With us, trust meets care – and people always come first. We use AI thoughtfully and responsibly, as a way to support our recruitment process, never to replace human judgment.
We do not use AI to screen or assess applications. Every application is reviewed by a hiring manager or members of the hiring panel. AI may support us behind the scenes, for example by inspiring job postings or helping us design interview cases, but all decisions are made by people.
All communication between you and us is human‑to‑human, without AI involvement. To ensure a clear and fair experience for everyone, we use standard communication templates for messages such as application confirmations or rejection emails. While this may feel automated, the decisions behind every message are always made by people – not AI.
For us, AI is a tool to support quality and fairness – while responsibility, trust, and care remain firmly in human hands

We know that waiting for feedback matters. While recruitment processes may differ across teams and regions, we are committed to treating every candidate with respect and to continuously improving how we communicate throughout the process.
Guided by Where trust meets care, we’re working to strengthen and align our recruitment practices across countries, building a more consistent and professional experience across SSI Diagnostica Group.

At SSI Diagnostica, we all know each other and employ an open-door policy – to me, we are family and not just a work place. I also appreciate the pace of the company. Our timeframes for launching new products are relatively short and so we are always working on something new and exciting.

An interesting part of my work is the current transition process, where we are under way with transforming to be a global company. We have a number of exciting initiatives going, where we are included and are given the opportunity to devise solutions and ideas that can contribute to shaping the way the company will look in the future. This is something that I appreciate a lot.
