You will join a dynamic team within our Commercial Finance and Business Performance function. Together, we drive global business performance through:
- Performance management and reviews
- Annual business planning and budgeting
- Forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Business insights and analytics (sales, cost, investment analysis)
- Commercial and functional business partnering
- Pricing, incentive planning, M&A and more
Be a Trusted Partner to the Business
From day one, you’ll quickly gain deep insight into our global business and financial processes as part of our global team. Your financial insights and analyses will form the foundation for key decisions at senior management level. Your key responsibilities include:
- Group business controlling during month-end closing, including P&L analysis vs. last year, business units and trends — with focus on revenue and gross margin by product and region
- Driving the global annual business planning and budget process — including planning, templates and presentations
- Leading the group forecasting process — monthly, quarterly, full-year or ad hoc
- Driving long-term financial planning and modelling
You will also:
- Act as global financial business partner for Commercial Kits & Consumables teams in Nordics and EU, and for the global Vx/Dx Reagent business
- Support functional teams including R&D, Clinical Evidence & Medical Affairs, and HR
- Provide ad hoc financial insights and sparring to senior management for both local and global needs
- Lead the Quarterly Business Review process — including planning, preparation, distribution of materials and support with insights and conclusions
- Own and develop global Power BI dashboards for revenue, gross margin and cost — our key performance management tool
- Ensure solid reconciliation between financial systems (D365, Sage, Konsolidator) and Power BI
- Support and review investment and business cases
- Conduct pricing and profitability analyses, follow-up and identify improvement areas
- Review and calculate sales commissions
- Participate in M&A activities — focusing on creation and assessment of financial business plans

- Understand how commercial, operational and financial priorities impact overall company performance

- Present financial insights clearly and contextually to support leadership decisions
You also:
- Hold a master’s degree in finance, business or similar
- Have ideally 5+ years of experience from a consulting firm or a similar role in a global company
- Speak and write English fluently
